Mr. Olugbenga Olalekan Sogbesan has over sixteen years (16) experience, 15 of which is in the Oil and Gas industry as a Finance Systems Expert revolving around Accounting, Budgeting, Management Accounts, Financial Reporting, SAP and SOX Controls. He is also the Business Development Director of (Wiselane limited) a Nigerian-based Finance Firm.
Mr. Olugbenga started his career in 2005 with Investment Banking and Trust Company (IBTC) as a Trade Finance Officer / Mutual Fund Officer (2005) before moving to the Oil and Gas Sector, where he worked with Nigerian Agip Oil Company Limited (NAOC) from Mid-2006, he has since then move round the Finance Division, with a sound and vast knowledge of the ERP System (SAP).
Mr. Olugbenga holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from a prestigious private University, (Babcock University, Ilishan remo Ogun State), graduating with First Class Honors in Accounting as well as the Best graduating Student in his department and faculty at large, he has a post-graduate certificate in Financial Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Science and Technology, Ogbomosho. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
